These Terms of Service govern the use of the website lunarya.co and the purchase of the products available.

By using the website and completing a purchase, you agree to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

All products available in our shop are described as accurately as possible.
Images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product.

Prices
All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Availability
We reserve the right to modify product availability without prior notice.

Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The sales contract is considered concluded only upon our acceptance of the order.

  • Other methods indicated at checkout

Payments are processed through secure platforms.
We do not store sensitive payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times
Orders are generally processed within 15 working days, unless otherwise specifically stated.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are indicated at checkout.

Delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. customs, strikes, extraordinary events).

5. Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

If the customer purchases made-to-order products that are not personalized, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused;
  • It must be returned in its original condition;
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods or custom-made products, nor to products clearly modified at the customer’s request, pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Returns, replacements and refunds

The objective criteria for determining defects, non-defects, reporting procedures, replacements, and refunds are governed by the following policies:

Orders shipped outside the European Union

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Lunarya may opt for a full or partial refund without obligation of replacement;
  • Any refund does not automatically grant the right to a new replacement shipment;
  • International shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of a recognized major structural defect in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy;
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law;
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise decided by Lunarya.

Pre-approval procedures for products manufactured through printing partners

For products manufactured through printing partners, Lunarya reserves the right to contact the customer prior to shipment if it believes that a product presents imperfections not compliant with its standards.

Representative images of the product’s condition will be provided.

The customer may:

  • Accept the product in the condition shown, waiving any subsequent request for return or refund relating to the same imperfection;
  • Wait for the production of a new product;
  • Request a full refund with order cancellation.

In the absence of a response within 3 working days, Lunarya may proceed with shipping the product in the documented condition or with the option deemed most appropriate.

🛡 Preventive Dispute Resolution Clause

Before initiating any banking dispute procedure, chargeback, or dispute through their payment provider or platform, the customer is required to contact Lunarya by email at alice@lunarya.co.

Lunarya undertakes to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Opening disputes without a prior attempt at direct resolution may be considered conduct contrary to the principles of contractual good faith and may result in limitations or refusal of future orders.

⚖ Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This contract is governed by Italian law.

For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or validity of this contract, the Court of Modena shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection laws.

🪪 Language

The Italian version of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail over any translation into another language.

6. Use of the Website

It is not permitted to:

Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
Attempt to compromise the security of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website in case of violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or from the purchase of products, except where required by law.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
