By participating in the #lunaryachallenge photo contest, you accept the following terms and conditions:

 1. How to participate

To participate, you must:

• have purchased or received a Lunarya box
  * publish one or more photos of the box (special edition book and/or accessories) on your Instagram profile
  * include the official hashtag of the month's challenge in the post
  * have a public profile at the time of selection

2. Winner selection

* Photos will be selected by the Lunarya team based on aesthetic criteria, creativity, and brand consistency
* One or more winners will be chosen for each challenge
* The selection is at the discretion of the Lunarya team and is final

3. Prize

* Winners will receive a 15% discount code usable on lunarya.co
* The code is personal and non-transferable
* The code cannot be combined with other promotions, unless otherwise specified
* The code may have a limited duration and some shop products may be excluded

4. Use of images

Selected participants who accept the prize also agree to:

* grant Lunarya a free, non-exclusive, global license to use the images that were part of the contribution for:

  * publication on Lunarya social channels
  * use on the website (e.g., product photos)
  * use in advertising campaigns (ADV)
* authorize any adaptations (e.g., crop, light editing) without altering the original content
* be credited with their username, where possible

5. Rights and Responsibilities

* You declare to be the author/original creator of the published images
* Photos must not infringe third-party rights or contain offensive or inappropriate content
* In case of AI use (total or partial), this must be clearly indicated in the post
* Lunarya reserves the right to exclude non-compliant content

 6. Modifications and Interruption

Lunarya reserves the right to modify these regulations or interrupt the contest at any time, by communicating it on the website.
